Mark Dantonio’s program has been built around strong defensive backs. And Michigan State targeted the secondary as an area of need in recruiting. The Spartans added four scholarship players and a preferred walk-on from four different states during last week’s signing day, and Dantonio and his staff raved about each of them potentially contributing immediately.
