Entering Big Ten play this week and sitting at 5-0 on the season, the Michigan State field hockey team jumped into the Top-25 of the NFHCA Division I Coaches Poll, the organization announced Tuesday. The Spartans land at No. 25 in the latest rankings, the first time the program has been nationally ranked in over 23 months. The most recent appearance by Michigan State in the national rankings was Oct. 1, 2019 at No. 24. Michigan State received 141 points in the weekly poll, capturing one first-place vote.
