Due to the start of the season being delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, MSU will play 44 games over 13 weekends in a Big Ten Conference-only ledger in 2021, beginning on Friday, March 5. The Spartans will play either three or four games against a B1G opponent every weekend of the 2021 season, with no mid-week or non-conference games on the slate.
