Brian Lewerke had a breakout 2017 season and that resulted in increased expectations. After he helped lead Michigan State to a resurgent 10-3 record, the quarterback headed into his redshirt junior year on watch lists for national awards and was mentioned as a possible early entry in the 2019 NFL draft.

I am Brian’s grandfather and I can tell you that boy is totally focused on a year that will surpass the 2017 season. Not only his injury, but a total of six player’s injury was not a recipe to match the previous year. Just watch! Another great year is coming!
