Everyone played it cool Wednesday night. The ESPN cameras? Taking the floor in an NBA arena in front of 10,000 people or so? Playing the most prestigious prep all-star game out there? No big deal. At the McDonald’s All-American Game, it’s pretty lame to go all-out. It’s a show. The kids on the court oblige. You play, but you don’t play.
