Scouting report: Michigan State Spartan basketball at Illinois Fighting Illini
A few weeks ago, even with Michigan State still trying to find its groove, Wednesday night’s game against Illinois seemed like one the Spartans should win. However, with that showdown in Champaign upon us, the Illini have won four of five and a veteran team is finally playing the way MSU head coach Tom Izzo expected before the season.
