Five Spartans Headed to USA Volleyball Tryouts
Michigan State is sending five student-athletes to the annual U.S. Women’s National Team Open Tryouts this weekend (March 3-5), which will take place at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Heading to the tryout will be rising seniors Alyssa Garvelink (Holland, Mich.), Holly Toliver (Berrien Springs, Mich.), and Brooke Kranda (Westfield, Ind.), redshirt freshman Lauren Swartz (Pittsburgh, Pa.), and freshman Jamye Cox (Oregon, Ohio).
