Liv Grey Earns Second B1G Pitcher of the Week Nod
For the second time this season, senior Liv Grey was named B1G Pitcher of the Week as announced by the Big Ten Conference office on Monday afternoon. Grey is the third Spartan pitcher to ever earn two B1G weekly honors in the same year and is the first since 2003 (Jessica Beech, 2003; Erica Strutz, 1999). It’s Michigan State’s fourth weekly award of the season, tying for the second-most in program history (1999 – Four; 2003 – Five).
