Michigan State needs a new starting running back and may have just found one in the portal.UConn redshirt junior running back Cam Edwards announced his transfer commitment to the Spartans on Wednesday. He rushed for 1,240 yards and 15 touchdowns this season. Edwards becomes the 12th transfer addition for new coach Pat Fitzgerald and the second from the Huskies. UConn starting left tackle Ben Murawski committed to the Spartans on Sunday.
