Mel Tucker spent the past week making recruiting visits around the country, and Michigan State’s second-year head coach hadn’t yet met with his team when he hopped on a Peach Bowl video press conference Sunday evening. Just a few hours after the bowl assignment became official, Tucker said none of the Spartans had communicated their intent to skip the Dec. 30 game against Pittsburgh.
