No. 2-ranked Michigan State hockey was narrowly defeated, 1-0, in its series opener at New Hampshire on Friday night from Whittemore Center Arena. “We didn’t do enough to win a hockey game tonight,” said Michigan State Head Coach Adam Nightingale. “To me there’s a difference between being expected to win and being entitled to win, and we’re definitely not entitled to win any hockey games. We’ve got to go out and earn it.”
