Michigan State is facing an afternoon tipoff with a spot in the Sweet 16 up for grabs. The No. 3 seed Spartans (26-7) play No. 6 Louisville (24-10) at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday in an East Region second-round game at KeyBank Center in Buffalo broadcast by CBS, it was announced late Thursday night.
