No. 9 Michigan State men’s basketball suffered its first Big Ten loss on Saturday against new conference foe Southern California, 70-64. MSU looked uncharacteristic at the Galen Center this past weekend. The Spartans fell behind the Trojans early in the first half and had to play catch-up the full 40 minutes of play and were never able to claim a lead.
