The Michigan State women’s basketball team came up just short in its first two Big Ten road matchups. The Spartans will try to have a different outcome when they hit the road for a matchup against Rutgers at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The game against the Scarlet Knights (8-9, 0-6) is one of two opportunities on the road this week for No. 22-ranked MSU, which travels to Illinois on Sunday.
