Michigan State Men’s Soccer Takes Down No. 10 Notre Dame
Behind a stalwart defense and timely scoring, Michigan State men’s soccer captured a 1-0 upset of No. 10 Notre Dame on Tuesday night at Alumni Stadium. “It was such a gutsy performance by our guys,” MSU head coach Damon Rensing. “I thought we were really good from start to finish. Our defense was great and by defense I mean everyone from the forwards, midfielders defenders and goalkeepers. I think we created some of the more dangerous chances during the game. It was just a total team performance.”
