Johnathan Slack loves pancakes — just not the type of pancakes most people think of. As an offensive lineman at Detroit Martin Luther King, Slack has pancaked many opponents in the trenches. In his junior season alone, he recorded 50 pancakes. Considering he plays a position that does not get a fair share of spotlight nor statistical categories, Slack treats every pancake the way a running back would celebrate a touchdown.
