The Michigan State women’s golf team shot the lowest score of any team in the final round of the Indiana Invitational on Sunday at 3-under-par 285, helping the Spartans to a third-place finish. In a tournament at featured all 14 Big Ten Teams as well as No. 17 Kent State in a play six, count four format, the Spartans finished 6-over-par 870 (292-293-285), which put them four shots behind second place and No. 19 Maryland. Kent State won the team title at 8-under-par 856.
