After Wednesday’s game at Virginia was canceled due to “COVID-19 issues” within the Cavaliers’ program, Michigan State basketball is evaluating its options. Rescheduling a game against Virginia would be ideal, head coach Tom Izzo said, but appears unlikely. The Spartans also are looking into other replacement games to slot into next week before Big Ten play begins Dec. 20 at Northwestern.
