Michigan State basketball has not lost four games in a row since 2006. In fact, the Spartans have only had two other streaks that long in coach Tom Izzo’s 24 seasons, another four-game slide during the 2001-02 season and a five-game skid in January and February 1997. No. 9 MSU’s current three-game losing streak is its longest in two years. The Spartans look to revive their winning ways Saturday when they host Minnesota (2 p.m., ESPN).
