The Spartans play their second true road game three days after their first, an overtime loss at Louisville on Tuesday night. MSU played at Louisville without starting wing Matt McQuaid, who suffered a nasty, late-developing thigh bruise during last Friday’s win over Texas in Las Vegas. He’s doubtful against Rutgers.
