One week after not receiving a single vote in the AP rankings, Michigan State is back in the top-25 poll. A road win over a top-10 team will do that. The Spartans (4-2, 2-1 Big Ten) upset then-No. 8 Penn State 21-17 on Saturday and are No. 24 in the latest AP rankings. They are the third team outside the top 25 in the Coaches Poll with 98 points. Both polls were released Sunday afternoon.
