Matt Coghlin gives Michigan State a proven kicker while Jake Hartbarger is entering his fourth season as the starting punter. The Spartans have to find a new kickoff specialist after the graduation of Brett Scanlon and it appears the punt return and kickoff return positions will likely remain in flux through fall camp.
