Michigan State basketball remained flawless in APR, while the Spartans’ football team dropped to the bottom of the Big Ten. Michigan State posted a perfect APR score of 1,000 for the third straight year in numbers released by the NCAA on Wednesday. The Spartans are one of only nine Division 1 men’s college basketball programs to post a perfect APR score for three straight years, and one of only 18 to do so in the most recent year.
