After slipping to the second round of the 2016 NBA Draft and playing in only 36 games as a rookie, it was clear former Michigan State big man Deyonta Davis’ pro basketball career wasn’t going as planned. However, things are starting to look up for the 6-foot-11 Davis, who left MSU after just one season with the expectation that he was going to be a lottery pick.
