At this time last December, Michigan State players were taking final exams and getting ready for the holiday break. Now one year after the 3-9 collapse, Michigan State flipped its record and is returning to a bowl game. The No. 16 Spartans (9-3, 7-2 Big Ten) will face No. 18 Washington State (9-3, 6-3 Pac-12) in the Dec. 28 Holiday Bowl in San Diego. Another 10-win season is on the line for Michigan State and it would be Dantonio’s 100th victory since taking over the program in 2007.
