It’s unclear who Rutgers will start at quarterback, or if it even matters. The Scarlet Knights have one of the worst offenses in the nation and haven’t exactly been ringing the bell defensively either, coming off back-to-back losses to Penn State and Indiana by a combined score of 76-6.
