It’s not that Michigan State junior Matt Sokol was anticipating failure before Saturday’s game against Bowling Green, which was Sokol’s debut as the Spartans’ starting tight end. But his dreams weren’t helping. Sokol, you might remember, dropped the easiest touchdown catch he’ll ever see early in the third quarter of the Spartans’ 35-10 win. It was 14-3 at the time. “He said he had nightmares about that exact situation a couple weeks before the game,” MSU quarterback Brian Lewerke said Tuesday.
