P.J. Fleck is now rowing the boat at Minnesota. Zach Terrell, who threw for 3,500 yards and 33 touchdowns graduated. Wide receiver Corey Davis was the No. 5 overall pick in the NFL draft this year and is about to embark on his rookie season with the Tennessee Titans. Obviously, this is not the same Western Michigan football team as the 2016 squad that won a program-record 13 games to open the season before losing to Wisconsin in the Cotton Bowl. But, the Broncos let everyone know they aren’t going to just roll over this fall.
