Michigan State has long been in contact with Dublin (Ohio) Dublin-Coffman linebacker Jeslord Boateng. On Wednesday, he was offered a scholarship by the Spartans, a moment for which he had been waiting. A 6-foot-2, 210-pound senior-to-be who is also on the track team, Boateng is an athletic prospect who already has familiarity with the Spartan football program.
