Bats Come Alive in 14-2 Spartan Victory in Series Finale
Michigan State exploded for 18 hits and took the season series from Rutgers with a 14-2 victory over the Scarlet Knights on Sunday afternoon. The Spartans, (27-20, 9-11 B1G), who lost on a walkoff on Saturday after winning in extra innings on Friday, got the bats going early.
