While most expected Ward to be back for his sophomore year, no one particularly imagined that Bridges would leave his lottery stock on the shelf. For sure, few considered the possibility when Bridges, Ward, Joshua Langford and Cassius Winston all arrived at MSU as freshmen. The class was only supposed to be intact for one season. Well, they’ll be back. All of them .And those opponents? What’s their likely response? Ward’s guess: “Damn.”
