Two future Spartans advanced in the Michigan high school basketball playoffs Monday night, one at the expense of a future teammate. MSU 2018 point guard commit Foster Loyer scored 31 points to lead Clarkston to a convincing 68-48 win over Macomb Dakota, led by fellow 2018 commit Thomas Kithier, a 6-foot-8 forward. Loyer went 10-for-22 from the field, including 4-for-9 from behind the 3-point line, per the Detroit Free Press.
