Through 19 games, McQuaid is 33-for-100 on the season from the field and just 23-for-70 from behind the 3-point line. He already has more 3-point attempts than he did during a solid freshman season and is 13 shots away from matching his total field goal attempts last year, but he’s also playing six-plus more minutes per game and was expected to be more of a focal point of the offense, along with senior guard Eron Harris.
