The Michigan State men’s swimming and diving team started the Big Ten Championships off on a high note by setting three varsity records led by sophomore Payton Woods. With the addition of these three new records, Michigan State’s men and women have broken 10 over the course of the season.

Michigan State was paced by freshman Payton Woods who broke an individual school record and contributed to a relay team record, while a handful of other Spartans nabbed points for the team.
