Michigan State Athletics and PNC Bank are partnering to recognize the PNC Achievers Student-Athlete of the Month. Throughout the 2018-19 season, deserving Spartan student-athletes will be recognized for displaying well-rounded achievement through leadership in the classroom, in the community, and in competition. The honorees for September are seniors Matt Sokol and Davina Nguyen.

Metcalf and Nguyen Travel to ITA All-Americans
Michigan State women’s tennis will be sending two representatives, juniors Emily Metcalf and Davina Nguyen, to the Oracle/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Women’s All-American Tournament this week. The main draw will run from Thursday, Oct. 5 to Sunday, Oct. 8 at the Riviera Tennis Club in Pacific Palisades, California, which is in it’s 33rd consecutive year of hosting the tournament.
