Austin Kamer Earns AHCA All-America Scholar Accolades
Michigan State rising junior Austin Kamer has been named to the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) Krampade All-American Scholars list for 2018-19. It’s the second consecutive year Kamer has earned the accolade. To be eligible, student-athletes must have a minimum GPA of 3.6 and have played in at least 40% of their team’s games. Kamer is a chemical engineering major with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Sanford and Kamer Named AHCA All-American Scholars
Michigan State hockey rising senior Brennan Sanford and rising sophomore Austin Kamer have been named to the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) All-American Scholar list for 2017-18, it was announced by the organization on July 27.

Spartans Add Five Student-Athletes to Incoming Class
Michigan State hockey head coach Danton Cole has announced the addition of five players for the upcoming season. Forwards Tommy Apap, Gianluca Esteves, Austin Kamer, Jake Smith and Brody Stevens have all signed National Letters of Intent to join the Spartans for 2017-18. The addition of Apap, Esteves, Kamer, Smith and Stevens brings the number of incoming freshmen to eight as Tommy Miller, Mitch Lewandowski and David Keefer previously signed NLIs in November 2016.
