LJ Scott’s temporary driving instruction permit was suspended 10 days after he received it, and he has never had a valid driver’s license here, according to the Michigan Secretary of State. “He should not be driving at all, due to that open suspension,” Secretary of State spokesman Fred Woodhams said Friday morning.
