A friend and I were talking basketball and recruiting — as we often do — after Indiana All-Star week in June when Aaron Henry’s name came up. At the time, Henry’s list of scholarship offers was missing high-major programs. Ball State, Evansville, Indiana State, Akron, Miami of Ohio and a handful of other mid-majors were in the mix, but the Big Ten and Big East programs had not yet offered. “I can’t make sense of it,” I told my friend. “I don’t see what I’m missing.”
