Michigan State added a much needed piece to its defensive backfield on Sunday, landing a commitment from transfer portal safety Devin Vaught, who previously spent three seasons at Maine. “It felt like home, Vaught told Spartan Tailgate, and I believe in the vision that Coach Fitzgerald and the coaching staff at MSU have!!” Vaught, a 6-foot, 205-pound safety from Charlotte, North Carolina, comes to East Lansing after emerging as one of the Black Bears’ most productive defenders.
