Juniors Katie Lu and Brooke Biermann tied for first place and Michigan State’s women’s golf team won the team championship at the Briar’s Creek Invitational, held at the Golf Club at Briar’s Creek in Johns Island, S.C. The Spartans led from start to finish on the par-72, 6,152-yard course. This is the second team title at the Briar’s Creek Invitational for the Spartans, who won the event in 2019.
