The former Michigan State standout reportedly has agreed to a new contract with the Cleveland Browns, ending a four-year run with the Tennessee Titans. Conklin is heading to Cleveland on a three-year deal worth $42 million, with $30 million guaranteed, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
