At Tuesday afternoon’s press conference, Izzo said he wasn’t sure whether he’d use the same lineup from the Minnesota game in Wednesday’s visit from Northwestern or make another change. Freshmen Rocket Watts and Malik Hall started for sophomores Aaron Henry and Marcus Bingham Jr. in MSU’s win over the Golden Gophers.
