Michigan State will open the 2019 season without one of its most experienced offensive linemen. Fifth-year senior left tackle Cole Chewins was not listed on the depth chart the Spartans released Tuesday morning and will miss the season opener against Tulsa on Friday (7 p.m., FS1), coach Mark Dantonio said.
