Mark Dantonio details Josiah Scott’s knee injury, says he could play and still redshirt this season

“OK, so you want me to let the cat out of the bag?” Dantonio said. “Josiah Scott had a meniscus injury. Usually you can clip out a meniscus and your guy’s back in two weeks. That hurts the overall health of the individual long-term. If you can repair a meniscus, then it’s usually a two-to-three-month deal. It’s the very best for his overall health long-term for his knee. This was a situation where he had the ability to be repaired so we used that option, obviously, to repair it. So, he’s coming along.”
