Michigan State senior defenseman Matt Basgall has been named the Big Ten’s Third Star of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday morning. The Spartan captain aided MSU in a sweep of then No. 1-ranked Boston University on road last weekend earning wins by scores of 4-2 and 4-3 (OT).
