Michigan State volleyball completed a 2-0 weekend with a 3-0 (25-11, 25-16, 25-18) victory over Chicago State Sunday afternoon inside the Breslin Center. MSU moves to 2-0 overall with the win, while Chicago State drops to 0-2. The Spartans hit .382 for the match to match the fourth-best team hitting percentage inside the Breslin Center set against Marist last season on Sept. 7. MSU led the Cougars in total kills (47-to-17) and held Chicago State to .068 hitting, while also leading in total blocks (6-5), service aces (10-2) and digs (40-23).
