There’s both a lot to like and some uncertainty with this next group. Tom Izzo and his staff didn’t add a proven headliner or high-major shooting guard in the transfer portal. They’re going to ride senior transfer Trey Fort (via Samford) and sophomore Kur Teng and perhaps incoming freshman Jordan Scott at that off-guard position. You might even see lineups with transfer Kaleb Glenn (from Florida Atlantic) as a de facto shooting guard, just as MSU did with Frankie Fidler a year ago.
