Rodney Bullard, who amassed more than 2,000 all-purpose yards over the last two seasons at Valdosta State, fits that profile. The wide receiver transfer expects his talent to translate from Division II to the Big Ten. “I definitely believe I can still have the same impact with the big jump, doing the same type of things,” Bullard said during spring practice last month. “As long as I do my job, be detailed, listen to the coaches, get in the gameplan, I’ll be able to make the same type of plays.”
