MSU was slotted No. 24 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s Men’s Tennis Preseason Rankings, the first time in program history the Spartans have been named inside the top 25 since the ITA began compiling rankings in 1981. “It’s a great honor and it shows there’s a lot of respect for the Spartan brand across the nation and we’re looking forward to breaking this program record and breaking into the top-15, top-10 and competing for the number one spot in the nation,” head coach Harry Jadun said. “It’s really good, but we’re focused on what we’re doing here and not going to get consumed with outside noise.”
