The Big Ten Conference announced the 2024 football schedule Thursday afternoon on the Big Ten Network. Michigan State’s three nonconference games were previously scheduled: Aug. 31 vs. Florida Atlantic, Sept. 14 vs. Louisiana at home, and Sept. 21 at Boston College. MSU will open the conference season Sept. 7 at Maryland. The Spartans return to league play Sept. 28 vs. Ohio State in East Lansing before hitting the road at Oregon on Oct. 5.
